Harlyn went from newbie indie designer to national "it girl" label sold at Anthropology and ShopBop ... CARO worked with the design and business teams from the time the line was conceived through 6 seasons and generated "ah hah" moments and placements; working with the designer's muse Jenny Lewis (singer, songwriter) and top target media outlets every month due to careful strategy and execution. CARO provides valuable feedback and direction as well as strong communication with the client's in-house team. BUT it was when Taylor Swift came out in head to toe Harlyn for the Victoria Secret show in 2015 wearing it for all press promotions in print and digital... that was a real affirmation of our work and the brand's ability to compete with the best of them.
Styling Kristen Stewart in a classic grey Bloch ballet flat for the Oscars. When Kristen injured her foot and needed something red carpet worthy for this important red carpet appearance, her stylist contacted CARO to help, where she came and selected a BLOCH ballet flat for her A-list client and Kristen received rave reviews and more than half a million press impressions.
Working with Beyonce's stylist to secure more than 5 repeat appearances in our client for her highly publicized family vacation, showing even an international powerhouse like Beyonce will wear what she likes, in this case: dRA which received feature and mention in Vogue, Harpers Bazaar and InStyle and quickly catapulted the brand from obscurity to national recognition. Beyonce, Jessica alba, Jennifer Lawrence, Sienna Miller, amd Elle Fanning were all styled in dRA via CARO Marketing and their network of celebrity stylists.
Paul & Joe, a Parisian ready-to-wear collection, surprisingly didn't start with the US attention it deserved, but CARO was able to turn that around. Sophisticated planning and execution of their US PR while coordinating among all teams, CARO secured US editors from Style.com, Vogue US, Marie Claire and Interview plus key influencers including Leigh Lezark, Miranda Kerr and Mia Moretti to sit in the front row of the Paul & Joe Paris runway show. Results generated by CARO for more than 4 years, and garnering positive reviews on Style.com which led to rapid US distribution for the label.
